The Challenge
Labros Property Holdings is a New York-based real estate investment and property management firm with a growing portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties across the tri-state area. Despite a strong track record of acquisitions and above-market returns, their brand presence didn’t match their ambition. The existing website was outdated, their digital footprint was minimal, and they had no cohesive brand system to present to investors, tenants, or acquisition targets.

The Execution
The engagement began with a two-week discovery phase — competitive audit, stakeholder interviews, and a deep dive into the Labros portfolio. From there, we moved into parallel workstreams: brand identity development alongside website architecture and wireframing.
The brand system was built around a palette of deep navy, warm stone, and metallic gold — colors that evoke trust, real estate heritage, and premium positioning. Typography paired a strong serif for headlines with a clean sans-serif for body copy, striking the balance between traditional authority and modern clarity.
The website was designed property-first: each holding gets its own showcase page with specs, photography, location context, and investment highlights. The investor relations section provides secure access to quarterly reports and deal flow documentation. On the public side, the site is optimized to capture inbound leads from both potential tenants and acquisition targets.
SEO and content launched in tandem with the site.
