Description
“More to Come” was a drawing I printed and disseminated around Central Park in New York City on the first Earth Day in 1988. The concert in Central Park drew tens of thousands of people interested in Climate Change, and my 5000 prints, which were taped up everywhere, all disappeared into the crowd. I saw one print taped up behind the bar at McSorley’s Bar downtown years later.
I developed this series of surrealistic drawings, paintings and animations over the course of 40 years. I consider these works my most vivid day dreams, nightmares, and fevered visions. The works reflect the yearnings of my over-passionate soul: my fears for myself and my children, my neighbors and strangers, and all of the anxieties I have for this planet I call home.
Black & White print, 16″ x 20”, matted with black metal frame. This print features a scratch-resistant acrylic insert. Comes ready to hang. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
