14 Day Timeline
1 Working Agent

What is an Agent Sprint?

You have a workflow that should be automated. You’ve known this for months. You’ve opened Zapier three times, sketched it on a napkin, and closed the tab because you don’t have a free week to figure it out. Meanwhile that workflow is still eating four hours of your week, every week.

An Agent Sprint is the smallest unit of work that ends with a real AI agent doing that job for you. Two weeks, one workflow, one production agent. Scoped, built, deployed, handed off , with the prompts, the code, and the documentation that lets you run and modify it without us.

It’s deliberately small. Most agencies sell you a six-month “AI transformation” engagement before you’ve seen anything ship. We sell you one shipping agent in 14 days. If it works, we talk about the next one. If it doesn’t, you walk away with the work to date.

What we actually ship

A Sprint isn’t theoretical. Here’s the kind of agent and workflow we’ve shipped , for ourselves and for clients.

Our Own Agent

Funding OS

Multi-agent pipeline that evaluates investor fit against our deal profile. Ingests investor data, scores compatibility, drafts outreach. Replaced ~6 hours/week of manual research with a system that runs while we sleep.

Built in-house. Currently in production.

Our Own Agent

Run GTM Workflow

Five-agent pipeline that plans our week, drafts content, books our calendar. Obsidian to Drive to email to calendar , humans approve, agents execute. Hasn’t been a manually-written GTM plan here in four months.

Built in-house. Currently in production.

Client Work

Certcy Study Agent

AI-powered cybersecurity cert prep agent for an indie SaaS. Generates personalized practice questions, explains wrong answers, adapts difficulty. Now in Google Play testing with paying users.

Shipped as part of a multi-phase build.

Use Case

Support Triage Agent

Reads incoming support tickets, classifies urgency, drafts the first response, routes the rest. For SaaS founders losing two hours a day to support inbox before they’ve answered a real question.

Common Sprint scope.

Use Case

Lead Sourcing Agent

Watches X and LinkedIn for prospects who have publicly described the pain your product solves. Daily CSV, ranked, with the exact post linked. Outbound that doesn’t look like outbound.

Common Sprint scope.

Use Case

Content Repurposing Agent

One long-form article becomes a LinkedIn post, an X thread, a newsletter blurb, and a carousel script , in your voice, not generic AI mush. The kind of leverage solo founders need.

Common Sprint scope.

The 14-day process

Three phases. Clear handoffs. No mystery middle.

Phase 1

Scope & Architecture

Day 1 – Day 3

  • 90-minute deep-dive on the workflow we’re replacing
  • Map the current process: inputs, decisions, outputs, edge cases
  • Design the agent: tools, prompts, guardrails, where humans stay in the loop
  • Lock the spec in writing so we both know what “done” looks like
Phase 2

Build & Iterate

Day 4 – Day 10

  • Build the agent against the spec , prompts, tool integrations, orchestration
  • Run real inputs from your business through it, not synthetic test data
  • Two structured checkpoints with you to review outputs and tune behavior
  • Tighten prompts and guardrails until the output is something you’d actually ship
Phase 3

Deploy & Handoff

Day 11 – Day 14

  • Deploy to your environment (or ours, your call) and connect to your tools
  • Run it live with you watching, side-by-side with the manual workflow it replaces
  • Document the agent: prompts, architecture, costs, how to modify it
  • 30-day post-launch window for prompt tuning and small fixes , included

What you get at the end of Day 14

Not a slide deck. Not a roadmap. A working agent and the artifacts to own it.

  • A production AI agent running in your environment, against your real data
  • All source code, prompts, and configuration , owned by you, in your repo
  • Architecture documentation: how it works, why it works that way, what to change first
  • Cost breakdown: API spend, infra spend, projected monthly run cost
  • A 60-minute handoff session, recorded, with your team watching it run end-to-end
  • 30 days of post-launch prompt tuning and small fixes, included

What’s deliberately out of scope

A Sprint is one agent, one workflow. The constraint is what makes the timeline real. Out of scope for the base Sprint:

  • Multi-agent orchestration across more than one workflow
  • Custom UI or web app to wrap the agent (we can build that , separately)
  • Long-running ETL pipelines or data warehouse builds
  • Enterprise SSO, SOC2, or compliance hardening
  • Ongoing operations and monitoring beyond the 30-day window

If your workflow needs any of the above, the Stack or System tier is the right starting point , not a Sprint.

Pricing

Fixed price. Quoted upfront. No retainer trap. You can step up to the next tier any time , you can’t accidentally end up there.

We use our own agents to run this agency

Most agencies selling AI are reselling someone else’s API. We’re not. The systems below are running in production, right now, on this business. The case studies are real.

In production

Funding OS evaluates investor fit

A multi-agent pipeline that scores investor compatibility against our deal profile and drafts the outreach. We don’t manually research investors anymore.

In production

Run GTM books our calendar

Five agents plan, draft, schedule, and book intro calls. Obsidian to Drive to Gmail to calendar. We approve. Agents do the rest.

Client work

Certcy ships to real users

An AI-powered cert prep SaaS we built end-to-end. Now in Google Play testing with paying users. Agents under the hood, real product on top.

Questions you should be asking

If your current AI agency can’t answer these clearly, you’ve got the wrong agency.

Why fixed price? Don’t software projects always go over?

Because the scope is one agent, one workflow, and 14 days. We’ve shipped enough of them to know what fits inside the box. If a workflow doesn’t fit, we tell you that on day one and price it differently , before you’ve signed anything.

What if the agent isn’t good enough by day 14?

Then we keep working until it is, within reason. The 14-day clock is on us. We’ve also built a 30-day post-launch tuning window into every Sprint so you can iterate on the prompts as you find edge cases.

What model do you use? Claude? GPT? Gemini?

Whichever one is right for the job, and we’ll explain why. Most of our production work runs on Claude because it’s the strongest at instruction-following for agentic workflows in 2026, but we’ll route specific tasks to other models when they’re cheaper or better. You’ll see the decisions and the cost math in the handoff doc.

Do we own the code and the prompts?

Yes. Everything we ship is delivered to your repo, your environment, your accounts. No proprietary platform you have to keep paying us to access. If you fire us on day 15, you still have a working agent.

What about ongoing API costs?

You pay them directly to the provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) , not us. We’ll project the monthly run cost during scoping so there are no surprises. Most Sprint agents run somewhere between $30 and $400 per month in API spend, depending on volume.

How is this different from Zapier or n8n?

If your workflow can be drawn as a flowchart with no judgment calls, you should use Zapier. It’s cheaper and faster. We build agents when the workflow needs judgment , reading something, deciding what it means, writing a tailored response, choosing between options. That’s where automation falls down and agents earn their keep.

Who are you a fit for, honestly?

Bootstrapped operators and indie SaaS founders with real revenue ($200k–$5M ARR), already paying for tools like Zapier or Make, and at least one workflow they’ve been meaning to automate for months. If you’re pre-revenue or enterprise procurement-driven, we’re not the right shop.
